Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Due to high volume, some of our shipping carriers are experiencing slight delays. Although this is out of our control, our facilities and staff are operating at full speed.
Orders take 2-5 days to be quality inspected, packaged, and labeled before shipment. Once your items are sent, you will be supplied a tracking number for real time monitoring right to your doorstep.
Domestic Orders will be shipped from either our US warehouse or Private Express Line. Shipping times to all 50 states are 7-14 business days.
International Orders will be shipped via Private Express Line. Once your package lands in your region, it will be delivered using various carriers. Shipping times worldwide are on average 10-30 business days.
